    Alec Soth

    Alec Soth has been a full member of Magnum Photos since 2008. His work is rooted in the distinctly American tradition of ‘on-the-road photography’ developed by Walker Evans, Robert Frank and Stephen Shore. He has received fellowships from the McKnight, Bush, and Jerome Foundations and was the recipient of the 2003 Santa Fe Prize for Photography. His photographs are represented in major public and private collections, including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, and the Walker Art Center. His work has been featured in numerous solo and group exhibitions, including the 2004 Whitney Biennial and a career survey at the Jeu de Paume in 2008.

    In 2008, Soth started his own publishing company, Little Brown Mushroom. He is represented by the Sean Kelly Gallery in New York and the Weinstein Gallery in Minneapolis.

    Brett Rogers

    Currently Director of The Photographers Gallery, she joined The Photographers Gallery (London) from the Visual Arts Department at the British Council where she has held the joint roles of Deputy Director and Head of Exhibitions, Visual Arts since 1995. She possesses an excellent knowledge of international contemporary visual art as well as a passionate and enthusiastic commitment to photography and other lens-based practice.

    Rogers has had 28-years of experience promoting photography and a wide knowledge of the cultural sector, both in the UK and abroad. She has curated exhibitions in both her native Australia and in the UK. She has successfully increased the profile and activity of the visual arts within the British Council. Her work has also ensured that photography now firmly sits within this arena and is a strong part of British visual arts. She is also considered a leading writer and speaker on photography.

    Donovan Wylie

    Donovan has been a full member of Magnum Photos since 1997. Alongside being a BAFTA award winner, his work has been published and received international acclaim on a number of occassions.

    He has exhibited his work internationally, exhibiting in galleries such as the Photographers' Gallery, London, PhotoEspana, Madrid, Irish Museum of Modern Art, Dublin, the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, and the Centre Georges Pompidou.

    Professor Paul Seawright

    Paul has become known Internationally for his evocative photography, with his work being displayed throughout the world in a number of collections such as the Tate Modern and San Francisco Moma among others. He has won numerous awards for his work and was the first editor of the successful photographic review ‘Source.’

    Paul is Head of Art at the University of Ulster and a Professor of Photography having formerly been Dean of Newport School of Art, Media and Design. He is also a fellow of the Royal Photographic Society and the Royal Society of Arts.
